7.3 glow plug stuck / broken removal tip

This vid is for anyone who is trying to replace glow plugs in a 7.3 pwr stroke and has one or more get stuck in the head .Before you remove the head, try this. It worked great for me and engine started great! This was a great way for me to "payback" all of the guys that took the time to show how to replace and test the glow plugs and relay on the Fords.
