Okay.. storyline.. It's obvious. but I'll just put it.. :D
STORYLINE:
So, This girl.. has cancer.. And she doesn't want the guy to know, so she doesn't want to marry him. As soon as he leaves, she comes back and gets the ring.. Then, when she was taken to the hospital, somehow, the guy was there going to check on his sick mother, he saw her. He felt really sad.
