8085 INTRODUCTION is the 2nd video tutorial within “8085 Essentials” module of Microprocessor Course. In this tutorial an attempt has been made to explain what is a Microprocessor and why it is called a programmable logic device. How essential is the role of a Microprocessor in a computer system, has also been discussed. Concept of a Microcomputer & Microcontrollers has been touched upon. Finally, a brief introduction to the 8085 Microprocessor has been given.
