90/90 Pushbacks
It’s no secret that the 90/90 position is one of those key movements to improving your hip mobility. Switching from side to side, trying to sit more upright and even trying to rotate your hips further until you hit Cramp City is awesome! One of my favourite 90/90 variations is the push back. It is a great way to bring more attention to your hip extension and glute activation, especially if you are someone that feels their hamstrings take over when they are training. Use a wall or a partner to help you to create tension in your glute on that side and then practice that same sensation by yourself, without any resistance but aim to replicate the same tension!
