9.6 - Voltage Scaling
The lecture shows the impact of Vdd on switching power and delay by considering different Vdd rails. The lecture also presents the power benefits by reducing clock frequency and configuring low Vdd rail voltage. The lecture introduces to level converter for interfacing Vdd-low domain subsystem to Vdd-high domain subsystem.
