We never officially found out who this ringmaster was all though in the episode script the last name Elias is given and actress Lauren Hutton revealed she was in fact the character who was going to be brought on as an ex lover of Blake. Many people falsely assume this is Dominique because of mentions in the last few episodes and rumors of a return at the time.
