Welcome back to the Texas Reloading Room! A couple days ago, I acquired a very unique Savage over/under long gun and was musing about when I was going to do a video on the disassembly of it. Some of my gunsmith friends overheard this and immediately told me not to do it. Later, they decided they DID want me to do it, as long as I recorded a video of it, because they wanted to see how badly I messed it up! I promise, it was all in good fun, but I do want to dive into this firearm and rise up to the challenge. This video is an introduction to the Savage model 24S-E 20 gauge/.22 Magnum over/under, and I hope you are as excited as I am!
