The plaintiffs say they were duped into buying a defective mobile home from the defendant. The thing was overrun with mold, the pipes were broken, and the list goes on and on. They’re suing for the state max of $5,000. The defendant argues that he replaced the heating system in the trailer prior to the sale, and the plaintiffs purchased it for a fair deal. He’s not responsible for what went wrong with the home after they purchased it. Now the defendant is countersuing for unreturned mail.
