Spend a day on Colorado's Georgetown Loop Railroad in the summer of 1988. The featured locomotive is former West Side Lumber Company 3-truck Shay No. 14, which takes us for a ride up and down Clear Creek Canyon on the first train of the day. We then go trackside for views of No. 14 working hard pulling the train between Silver Plume and Georgetown. You'll also see Shay 8, 2-8-0s 40 and 44, and C&S 9 along the way. Tourist railroad action as it used to be 30 years ago in the mountains above Denver.
