This is an A101 dekatron plugged into an arduino shield (http://r.ebay.com/8aNISA). It is programmed to display an analog clock (hours, minutes, seconds). I have it hooked up with a rotary encode that lets me set the time and select between a few animations that (might) help you see which is the minutes and which is the hours. Though mostly it is just for interest!
