The plaintiff says he used to be friends with the defendant and sold her an English bulldog puppy, but now she refuses to pay. The defendant says she had an agreement with the plaintiff to give him a shih tzu when her dog had a litter. She’s countersuing for the cost of the puppy she gave the plaintiff.
