I’ve been watching The Looney Tunes Show on Netflix, basically a sitcom version of Bugs and Daffy living together and one character really stood out to me, Lola. She’s written as the classic dumb blonde stereotype… and honestly, it was kind of refreshing.
Lola reminded me that diversity of personality is what makes stories interesting. Not every character needs to be the same archetype. Sometimes even a dumb, silly character can make things feel fresh.
