This guide is an attempt to make it less overwhelming. It is not a guide that covers everything, and there's several complex mechanics that I've not addressed. For a beginner or intermediate player though, hopefully this is still a wealth of useful information for you, and can be applied to your own runs in some small way. As well as that, all the secrets of how I play at a high level are exposed here, so I'm expecting to be pushed down the leaderboard in no time. This video took a long time to develop. If you're sticking around to read about it, initially there was a concrete script for this video, but I found it too rigid to perform and went with a similar improvisational style as seen in the Devil Daggers guide. The editing process is what really took some time, and while the middle is still a bit ropey in spots, I tried to contextualize discussion points with footage that was relevant whenever possible. The sound, especially my voice recordings, are not perfect, but they're in mono to cut the edge off a microphone that was really keen on popping every few seconds (which I've tried my best to muffle or silence where I found them).
