Greetings, My name is Gena Golden, LCSW. I am a holistic and culturally attuned psychotherapist and hypnotherapist and racial healing practitioner. My work includes providing restorative healing methods for to practice and to embody. I am also your 'Inner Coach' trained in both Positive Psychology and Neuroscience-Informed practices. I help black women change agents, slay the inner critic and outmanuever the outer critics (systems and practices) in order to be a catalyst for 'good' change in the world.
