A Jazzy SNES Experience (Original)

Original by The Muzykant, aka made by me. This track features a bossa nova jazz feel to it. This composition is riddled with note delay commands to kind of simulate the very flowy and "not on beat" feel of jazz. Programming jazz in a tracker is quite challenging to say the least. Pattern 10-11 is a reference to a track by Oakwood Station. Do you know what it is called? It is "Just Another Walk in the Park", particularly the start of it. This is the second time I have used SNES sounding samples in any song ever. This time I made a new discovery in tracker music composition. I was able to make a nice "echo" for the bass and electric piano by creating a duplicate instrument and making the attack much slower and starting from 0 volume for that duplicate. This is to remove the percussive attack of both instruments, and it creates a really good sound! The electric piano duplicate also had slower fade out, giving it a nice longer tail. This really improves the stereo sound of this track. I also added a wavy effect on the instrument volume envelope of the electric piano to re-emulate the original instrument. Exported this in Cubic interpolation, later exported with twice compression followed by trebled +5.5db. Done this to make the audio brighter. Greetings to adkd, mpxvm, Dj. Queso, Jogeir Liljedahl, FearofDark, Lil'Alien, and many others. Original by The Muzykant 18 April 2022 to 22 April 2022 SAMPLE CREDITS: All samples belong to Lil'Alien, from his Lil'Sness soundfont, which is comprised entirely of samples not ripped from games. His soundfont is available on Musical Artifacts. ...except the crash and ride sample. Those are from OrpheusGM, since the SNES ones were looped in a way that makes it sound bad. I downsampled them to make sure they feel SNES themed.
