A Moment with - Creatures 1

Creatures 1, released in 1996/1997 by Mindscape, was a virtual life sim mainly starring norns, complete with genetics, lifespans, simulated brains and even illnesses and death. It was very popular, spawning a long line of Creatures games mostly centered on computers, with a few side versions found on the ps1. Creatures 1 was probably my favorite virtual pet game of the 90s. The aesthetics were soothing, the norns and grendels were fun to play with, there was a genetics kit so I could tinker to my heart's conent, and I could leave it running all weekend and end up with interesting survivor norns. Or I'd have an empty world, either/or. Norns aren't very bright. This is the basic world the game shipped with, but there's a handful of COBs scattered around, the most obvious being the fridge. There's also a grendel among the norns. They were all grabbed at random from Creatures Caves.
