A New Day

“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” ——Isaiah 43:18-19 No matter where we’ve been in the past—no matter how tragic, no matter how dark—once we’ve come to know Christ as personal Savior and Lord, a new day will always spring forth from a new life we have in Him. And because of this blessed truth, we can always face every new day with confidence and assurance that it’s Him who now goes with us. What a comfort this serves to us Christians! This one’s called “A New Day," a song we learned several years ago from The Marshall Sisters.
