The A Skip is a fundamental Drill for improving your running technique . In this video I show how to do this basic drill. I start with doing it walking, getting all the movements and angles right. Next, we move on to the A-Skip with a number of variations. Finally, I point out some common errors that I have seen with athletes doing the drill.
