Aachener Dom Minecraft Timelapse

The Aachener Dom (Aachen Cathedral) was initially built as the royal chapel for Charlemagne's Aachener Kaiserpfalz (Imperial Palace of Aachen), including the central tower and the original bell tower. Over time more chapels were added to the building in a variety of architectural styles reflecting the popular styles of multiple eras, some areas were also restored or rebuilt such as the new bell tower which is significantly taller. These centuries of additions are what gives the cathedral it's unique patchwork look which is what interested me enough to build it! Shaders used are Bliss Shaders on version 1.20.1!
