I am doing an ab workout using body weight known as body weight conditioning for the core and that it is a good workout for the abs I am doing 200 reps total as a 10 count of 20 reps 3 exercises back to back that's great way to do cardio this is good for Boxing Karate Kung Fu and everyday life goals to stay in shape. Stay moving.
