- The theater originally opened on May 16, 2013, as the Santikos Palladium 22. It had 22 screens, and high-end amenities like 16 bowling lanes and an arcade.
- In 2017, Regal Cinemas purchased the location. Regal's parent company, Cineworld, later filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
- After Regal closed the location in July 2023, Cinemark took over operations, officially reopening the doors on August 1, 2023.
- Cinemark operated the facility for less than two years before it permanently shut down in April 2025.
- The site sat idle for months before demolition began in early 2026.
