This video shows a deep drawing simulation process. The analysis has been performed on a plate diameter of 300mm and wall thickness 2mm to realize a cylinder of 158mm of diameter. The FEA correctly simulated the process. It is very interesting to see the zone of the plate subjected to highest stress during the deformation.
