This video shows simulation of a suction pumping system (16inch) . The scope is to understand the real stress on the main parts of the piping system and supports in operating condition. The simulation considers four main steps, step 1 (bolt-preload), step2 (gravity), step3 (pressure), step4 (temperature). All parts have been modelled in Abaqus as solid.
