Abaruray is one of the dances that originated from LUZON. Abaruray, separated is “ABA” and “RURAY”. “ABA!” is an equivalent to “HI!” or “HAIL!” Hence this is an expression. Also, in English, “RURAY” is a nickname for the first name ‘Aurora’.
