Description
A fun warm up exercise focusing on players Agility, Balance and Co-ordination (ABC's)
Key Factors:
- Accelerate in to the space.
- Keep your head up.
- Quick changes of direction.
Organisation:
- Split the group in to teams of three.
- Players are lined up at opposite ends with three cathers in the middle zone.
- Two catchers must link arms, while the other one is free.
- Players then go one at a time from their group to try and get through the middle zone.
- If they get caught they simply join the back of their group.
- Change the catchers every minute.
Progressions:
- Add in more defenders.
- Runners have to link arms and make it across.
