Respirations present, no signs of peristaltic waves, or pulsations. Contour symmetric, flat shape. skin light pink color, no abnormalities. Umbilicus midline vertically and horizontally, inverted, no abnormalities, no herniation of umbilicus. No herniation rectus, femoral, or inguinal area. Bowel sound character high pitched, gurgling sounds, 7 sounds per minute, no abnormalities. No bruits aortic, iliac, renal, femoral, no abnormalities. Percussion sounds tympanic over air, dull over organs, no abnormalities, liver span 6cm. Dull sound over spleen, Hollow sound over gastric air bubble. No tenderness or masses light palpation.
