AbilityChars - SRB2 BattleMod

A silly experiment. Have fun with it, and make SURE to mess around in BattleMod in plenty of arenas, guys! Thanks to the ChrispyChars mod for the original code, which was then modified in the use of this patch (since I don't really know how to code for BattleMod because they have no documentation). Unless you load the patch files for the supported characters, BattleMod abilities won't work. (also some physics is broken so everyone will go very fast when sliding on ice btw)
