About The YouTube Partner Program Changes...

Small YouTubers are being affected by changes to the YouTube Partner Program (YPP.) Previously, 10,000-lifetime views on a channel would be enough to permit monetization. Now, small content creators will need a minimum of 4,000 watchtime HOURS and at least 1,000 subscribers in order to earn revenue from their YouTube videos.
