Abusing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Phishing

When legitimate services are be leveraged for malicious purposes real attacks can be harder to identify and stop. Recently, it was discovered that some attackers were leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice to carry out convincing phishing campaigns.
