The ACCC® AZR Conductor is a high-strength conductor perfect for ice load conditions. A thermally resistant, aluminum-zirconium alloy is used to wrap around the ACCC® Core to create a strong conductor that sags less under heavy ice load conditions compared to traditional HTLS Conductors. In fact, the conductor can carry a 2-inch full-density ice load while improving efficiency by up to 25% and operating 30°C cooler at maximum capacity than the conventional ACSR conductor.
