Elementary Math Problem Solving -Acting it Out In this video, we explore one of eight problem-solving strategies for the primary math student. Students are introduced to the Acting it Out strategy and then see it applied a number of exceedingly more challenging applications. While creative drama can be a great part of the elementary class, it is not always the most convenient way to solve a math problem. So in this video, Jeff introduces the idea of manipulative as substitutes for people or objects in a math word problem.
