Microsoft Project 2016 gives you the opportunity to add tasks to a regular worksheet or in the Gant view. Schedule tasks on certain dates, mark the time it will take to complete the tasks, and with the Predecessor section, you can be notified if there is another task to be done before your task is due. Microsoft Project 2016 also allows you to create subtasks to your tasks. Subtasks are excellent for breaking down larger tasks into workable milestones.
