ADHD and Challenges with School Behavior

Children who have ADHD often struggle with behavior in the classroom. They are much more likely to be excluded from class trips, suspended and expelled than other kids. Challenges with emotional regulation, flexibility and impulse control all lead to behavioral struggles. In this video, we discuss how to get to the root of why children are struggling to meet classroom expectations, and some ways to proactively help them.
