I set up an auxiliary solar panel that can be stored inside the van and set up in the sun while I am parked. In this video I will go over how I made the legs which allow me to set the panel up at different angles.
The legs and cross pieces are made of aluminium. I used about 4 ft of ¾” x ¾” x ⅛” angle for the cross pieces and a bit less than 8 ft of ¾” x ⅛” flat bar.
I go over how to calculate the lengths needed at the end of the video.
