There are times when making adjustments to your bobbin tension is necessary to run decorative threads. http://www.superiorthreads.com/shop/category/?q=towa Luckily, adjusting the tension on a bobbin case is a simple process. If you have made necessary top tension adjustments and are still experiencing bad tension or stitches, try adjusting the bobbin tension. Most of the time, we loosen our bobbin tension. Locate the large screw on the bobbin case and make small quarter-turn increments. We recommend taking a straight pin and sliding it between the tension spring and bobbin case wall to dislodge any lint that may be hiding out. Now that you know how to adjust and get the proper bobbin tension, you can try ALL the many fabulous types of quilting threads available :)
