Across almost all Creative Cloud applications is a barely-known palette called Libraries. The Libraries palette allows users to keep commonly-used graphic assets at their fingertips for use where elements are used often; used by multiple users in a collaborative environment; or where assets might change over time and need to be updated.
NOTE: Because I'm a doofus, I never actually *CREATED* an asset onscreen. Simply drag and drop an object to the palette - it really is that simple!
