This core finisher kicked my ass after my upper body session. I hit my tris, chest and shoulders hard for an hour with heavy weights and then wanted to work my core but burn those arms out until failure. I did each if these exercises for 45 seconds and only one time through. If you wanted to make this a full workout you could do it 3 rounds through with some cardio before or after.
