My name is Andy Wong and I have been practicing Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan for 46 years. My teacher, Mak Ying Po, was a disciple of Tung Ying Chieh. In this video, I’m teaching and demonstrating the techniques of push and press for training and as they apply to push hands.
