November 12th, 1999. A distress signal is sent to the Norman Woods Relay Station in Colservinia, upon further analysis it is confirmed to have come from somewhere deep within the mountainous border-regions of the Mockian Federation. During the extensive search and rescue, a helicopter wreckage was found. Inside, a camcorder containing what is believed to be a partially incomplete training tape. This video is a partial reconstruction of the tape.
