This is an easy aerial hoop trick on the bottom bar that's a fun twist on the Aerial Hoop Candlestick. There's also a fun little transition that's like a small aerial hoop drop and aerial hoop roll that makes a nice little combo for more intermediate aerial hoop students. This is a great aerial hoop flow, and it's a beautiful easy lyra trick.
