Catchers Wrap is a fundamental move in aerial silks. This is the position that star drops originate from. It is also one of the main hands free inverted positions.
Always start learning this move from the ground before taking it to the air. It will require grip strength and coordination. A great progression to start with is to drill hooking the knee above the hands, and then reversing the motion in a controlled fashion to come down. Once you feel comfortable with that, see if you can let go with the opposite hand to reach for the silk.
