Now that we have learned to non-dimensionalize, it is time to put it into practice. We are going to create our aerodynamic coefficients by non-dimensionalizing the lift and drag our plane is producing. This removes the effects of the size of the plane and helps us to connect what our model in the wind tunnel experiences to the full scale in the atmosphere. We will also look at how you get some of the different dimensions you will need from your plane to make these coefficients of lift and drag.
