Step 1: Study them on your own time and ask experts questions. - Step 2: Learn how to make stuff. - Step 3: Get an engineering degree that does not have "aero" in the name; double major with an AE major if you have the time and drive. - Step 4: Take aerospace courses as electives. - Step 5: Get hired for your practical skillset honed over years. - Step 6: idk man, I just made all this up.
