As a quick follow up to my previous video tutorial on using multiple gradients here we cover using the gradient tool on text. This can be useful for a variety of creative applications; such as honing your skills emualating pop culture titles, type styles or logos. Plus, it can be used for generating your own style of text or logo, either for yourself or indeed for a client. This video will cover me using the 'Indiana Jones' logo for inspiration, as argueably that has one of the most recogniseable uses of a gradient on stylised text in the last 40 years. Very much in the mould of pulp fiction stories of the 1930s and 1940s and the serialisations which resulted from those stories.
