This song was recorded as a "pre-gap" on AFI's sophmore album, Very Proud Of Ya. A "pre-gap" is a song that is hidden before another song. In this case, No Dave Party can be found by rewinding the first song on the CD, He Who Laughs Last..., into the negatives. Most CD players and computers cannot read a "pre-gap," but it is confirmed that AFI recorded this song. The vocals were never completed, leaving this song as an instrumental. Also, some people may not believe this, as it does sound a little unlike AFI and that most players can't read pre-gaps. I have VPOY and I can get this song to play in my friends car and my dads. If you read the booklet for the album, it actually says "Additional guitar on No Dave Party by Paul Marchand," who is Davey's step-father.
