Ever wonder how some horrible videos go viral, while your legit content seems like it's stuck in the mud? Well, then you should get yourself a copy of our CEO's new book "Become a Content Brand." Check it out here and thank you for supporting the channel! http://bit.ly/videofortbook This book is the culmination of 10 years of creating content for over 180 brands like Redbull, Coldwell Banker, Amazon, Sandisk, Boeing and Marriott Hotels. If you want to learn the secrets on how we built up a multi-million dollar video production agency + a stock footage company that brings in over $150k in passive revenue a year, you need to check out "Become a Content Brand." In this http://www.VideoFort.com After Effects tutorial VideoFort Jon covers how to replace a cars LCD screen using tracking data. Start out by creating a new comp the same dimensions as your footage. Then go to the Animation menu and select Track Motion. Make sure to change your track type to Perspective Corner Pin, this will change the track point from a single point to 4 points, allowing you to choose four corners to track. Now you set the tracking points to the corners of the LCD screen and choose to track the motion forward. Once the tracking is finished you will create a new solid the same size as your current comp. Then you will edit the target of your tracking and make sure the new solid is selected as the target. Then apply the tracking data to the solid. This should place your new solid on top of the LCD screen. From there you can Pre-Comp your new solid, leaving the attributes in the current comp, and place whatever you want on the screen! This effect works on any object that you can track.
