This lecture of the course Software Analysis and Design is about Agile Development and Modeling.
I start with three IEEE Software articles I recommend to read, then move into explaining the Agile Manifesto and Agile Modeling, and then we go through Scrum in more detail. We skim XP and list a few more resources and ways of how to make use of the Agile principles.
