Aging Well Workshop: Mobility & Accessibility in the Community

In March, we connected more than a dozen older adults who attended our monthly Aging Well workshop at Focus Points Family Center with transportation programs and services for individuals 65+ in Denver. These workshops, hosted by the @HRCPDenver1 Aging Division, provide resources, education, and support for adults seeking to maintain their physical, mental, and emotional well-being as they age.
