The all new Agteks Digital Drop Wire is much more than your standard stop motion. Yarn shape, fiber type, and color are no longer a limitation when it comes to visual quality control vision sensing with the Agteks Digital Drop Wire.
These 1,340 yarn ends of 40 denier yarn are being put onto a warp beam. The Agteks Digital Drop Wire is a smart sensor that learns the number of yarn ends, meters out the yarn, and stops the warping machine when a yarn end breaks out. The sensor will also keep track of how many yarn breaks have happened during each beam, or each shift.
On the back end of the sensor Agteks can provide a data collection options to see how many yarn breaks, machine stops, and idle minutes per style, beam, or shift.
