The cut margin with the plasma cutting machine do not need any treatment as the margins are very clean. The cutting of aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel is shown here. The plasma cutter is based on the principle of the 4th state of matter plasma which is achieved with the excessive heat of arc on passing the electric current through the plasma torch. The compressed air blows away the plasma to create a clean cut.
